Shipping policy

We ship every order from our warehouse to the address you enter at checkout. You choose the speed at checkout.

Rates

Standard - free, delivered in 5 to 9 working days.
Express - €5, delivered in 3 to 7 working days.

Both are tracked end to end. The rate is the same whatever you order, so a bigger pack costs no more to ship.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed before 15:00 are dispatched the same working day. Everything else leaves within 24 hours.

Delivery takes 5 to 9 working days from dispatch. Working days do not include weekends or public holidays in your country. Orders placed on a Friday or over a weekend start their count on the following Monday.

We currently deliver to Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Croatia, Finland and Sweden. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not ship there yet.

Tracking

You receive a tracking code by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, normally 1 to 3 days after you order. Until that first scan the code will not show any movement, which is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

Orders are shipped from within the European Union to EU destinations, so there are no customs charges or import duties for you to pay. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Wrong address

We can change a delivery address only before the parcel is dispatched. Write to us at contact@klarcar.com as soon as possible. Once a parcel has left the warehouse the address is fixed by the carrier.

Late or missing parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 12 working days after dispatch, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself.
