These terms govern your use of klarcar.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. If we cannot fulfil an order - because an item is unavailable or a price was wrong - we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is free, so the total at checkout is the total you pay. We can change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative and colours can vary slightly between screens. Fitment guidance on the site is a good-faith indication, not a guarantee for every vehicle; if you are unsure whether a part fits, ask us before ordering and we will check.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We accept the methods shown at checkout. Your order is not dispatched until payment clears.

Your right to cancel

You may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. See our refund policy for how to do it.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for damage caused by improper fitting of a product.

Intellectual property

The content of this site - text, photographs, logos and design - belongs to KlarCar and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
